Since Violet Truffle is the Deal of the Day, what Burnishing Glace would be suitable for layering? And If anyone has tried VT, what is your opinion? The Deal is the Ganache, BTW.

I find that cocoa mallow glace or ganache workd great-it plays up the chocolate of the violet truffle. I always use those two together and it works great! Smile

[b]Does the cocoa mallow overwhelm the violet? Or enhances it? Thanks for your response.

I don't think it overwhems it, but I do love chocolate! I ususally use a lot of perfume, but the perfume is probably a bit more delicate. I think the combo works, though. You may want to use the ganache instead-that seems to be a bit lighter.
