BLOSSOM JAM TEA CAKES
Southern Tea Cakes, Petit Fours, Floral Infused Jams & Preserves and a Delicate Aroma of Tea

Perfume only

Blossom Jam Tea Cakes features the mouthwatering aromas of Petit Fours filled with floral infused jams and preserves, enrobed in sweet fondant, warm southern tea cakes topped with a delicate lavender buttercream and a subtle waft of hot tea. A rich cakey base supports light floral and fruit notes to create a beautiful atmospheric spring gourmand fragrance.

Notes include: yellow and white cake, honeysuckle absolute, palmarosa EO, peach, strawberry, blood orange EO, lavender absolute, ylang ylang absolute, buttercream, fondant. The floral notes listed may give the impression that this is a heady floral but it's not. Rather, the floral notes were used with restraint and were intended to infuse the delicate fruit notes to create an interpretation of floral jams and preserves thinly spread on fluffy cakes. A very unique fragrance that should please fans of scents like Rose Mallow Cream, Chantilly Cream and the Manor Collection's Kitchen fragrance.

<3 this!

Very juicy fruity with a hint of the florals and tea on initial application. After a few minutes it gets sweet and creamy, lots of the cake and buttercream but you can still smell hint of the fruits and flowers Smile perfectly balanced and mellow Like a Star @ heaven

One of my new favorite SS Scents I love you

Since I love Rose Mallow and Kitchen, I jumped at this one.

To me, this is the perfect blend of all of the high notes of Manor, Kitchen, Rose Mallow, and Nightgown--with tea added.

Needless to say, I'm in love. I wanted to do a big write up for it, and every time I get distracted by life. I had to (at the very least) at least come here and say how much I love it. This is sooooo happy juice!

I went to a friend's house yesterday. She has a month old daughter. I rocked the baby to sleep, then put her up to my shoulder. Within a short amount of time, she had wiggled her way to where her nose was directly on the spot on my chest where I'd applied this (hours before), and she kept it there almost the whole rest of the time she slept. It was such an Awwww moment for me. I think we may have a budding perfumista on our hands. Very Happy

I held off on reviewing this for a few days to let it settle down. When I first sniffed the bottle, it's delicious cake. On my skin, one of the notes went urp on me for 15 mintues (Maybe it was a floral or the tea--not sure. It reminded me of playing a beautiful song in concert band and someone hits a flat note--so odd). Then it went back to its regulary scheduled programming with the cake and an extra helping of peach preserves. The next morning I could still smell tantalizing wisps of vanilla.

It's evened out over the week, and I recieved a very nice compliment on it from the saleswoman at Ulta yesterday. So, maybe it's just me!

ETA: I tried it again yesterday and it has smoothed out beautifully! The quirky note I experienced before behaves itself now and the scent is gorgeous from start to finish. If you had a similar experience, hang in there and try it again!

I am a bit baffled by this scent, but I agree with many of the things that Rinster stated.

On the upfront, this was a not too sweet cake and jam scent. It reminded me a lot of Chantilly Cream, but not as sweet. I could smell the fondant, vanilla, peach and cream. I didn't and still don't smell lavender or tea. On application, this was lovely.

Now, it is towards the end of my day and there is a strong note of... something that I can't put my finger on, that has emerged. It isn't pleasant and it almost has a nail polish remover note to it. Boo.

While I want to love this scent, I am either going to have to try it on my wrists as opposed to my chest, mix it in with a lotion, or give it away. I wanted to love this and was waiting for the beauty in the settlement, but no luck.

Oh how I wanted to love this fragrance, and in the bottle it is lovely. I get a wonderful mental picture of nursery tea parties and Easter dresses when I sniff it from the vial. Unfortunately, my skin chemistry does evil things to the fruity, jammy notes in this and on me it turns plastic and strange. I'm just gutted about it because I just love the creamy, buttery cake smell of it in the vial. So sad! Sad

I have to agree with some of the post here. Sniffing the vial, I get buttery creamy cake goodness but once on my skin, whoa, I get a very strong scent of tea. But after 10 minutes it morphs into citrus, cake (Might I add, smells a little like fruit loops cereal) yum yum. I start to fall in love every minute I sniff my forearm.

This scent is delightful!! Imagine yourself surrounded by every perfect sweet and candy your mind could ever imagine and this is exactly what that picture smells like. It is a heavenly combination of cake and sweet tea that simply clings to the skin in the most delicate way. If i was to describe this oil as a color it would be pale petal pink and the softest shade of sea foam green you have ever seen. It really is simply divine..... do yourself a favour and try this one!!

For me the strongest scents I get are the cake and the buttercream. I can smell something slightly bitter at the opening, which is probably the black tea. It has a little bit of a touch of lemon or citrus to it which helps to cut the cake and sugar notes, but not by much. It does need to be said that I am not a big fan of sugary/foodie perfumes, but I do enjoy tea notes so I wanted to give this a try. After a little while on my skin it really amps up the citrus note, to the point where the cake almost seems like an afterthought! :O The bitter tea much to my chagrin doesn't seem to hang around, but I think if it was there the citrus would probably dominate it, because of my skin chemistry. I would've loved to have smelled the tea be more dominant to help cut the sweetness a little. Lovers of gourmand and anything sweet will absolutely adore this, and it's not that sticky sweetness where it would be perceived for 'young girls'. Quite a classy blend indeed, but just too sweet for me.

This is a strong, sweet scent. The sweet is the cake, buttercream, vanilla, yummy scents. The strong character traits come from the punch it gives. It lasts and it doesn't shy away. It wants to be known! It reminds me that its with me throughout the day while tickling my love of cake. There is comfort food and then there is this comfort scent. Just yummy!

I love this scent! There is a heady floral note in it, I think the ylang ylang, that keeps it from being a predictable cakey sweet fragrance. Smelling it is like the experience of eating rose petal jam, or jasmine gelato- it's a more exotic indulgence than your run of the mill dessert.

Cake and floral, fruity jam are what I get when I sniff this one. There's something in this that goes artificial, plasticy, and a bit cloying when my skin chemistry doesn't play nicely, but 75% of the time this just smells smooth, cakey, and fruity. The dry down is mostly fruit and cake, and I want to make up a recipe to go along with this because it would taste like Heaven. Floral, fruity, gourmand, lovely.
