| Hi all, I'm trying to budget out what I can get for a while and while I love layering my scents, I can't quite afford, say, both a perfume and a glace or ganache for a scent all at once. Plus, I just like getting a variety of scents with every order in different forms. I really want to try the glaces becauses it sounds like the fragrances are fairly strong. Do you think they are lasting enough that they can take the place of a perfume temporarily until I can get everything I want? Thanks for any input! | |

| Absolutely! they are defintiely stronger than the ganaches, I think. I love them and they go on so easily. The Sandalwood Vanilla is especailly fabulous, along with Cenobite. They all are wonderful. I think they easily could take the place of a perfume if needed. | |

| Liber Vix--I agree with Debibob that the glaces are stronger in scent than the ganaches and would be a good choice for you. I find the scent of the glaces to be very long-lasting because you can spray them over a larger area quite easily, and can use them in your hair too. My ideal layering combo is perfume oil + glace. An idea I would recommend is maybe purchase the glace of a particular scent and then also select the perfume oil in that scent as your free sample. That way you will be able to get the full layering effect of the scent until you can afford the perfume in a full size, if you so choose. | |

| Thanks for the tip, SolsticeScholar! That's why I was gravitating towards the glaces, because they're multi-purpose products. Like, I want Gehenna, but I probably won't have the funds to get the perfume and other layering items before it's gone for the season (because there are other fall items I want before they go bye-bye) so I figured if I get the glace, that can do both the moisturizing and perfuming and bath-scenting and hair-scenting all at once. And I also want Jack and the Devil, but since the layering products are only offered during fall, I thought I'd get the glace now and wait till later to get the perfume since that's year-round. Apparently I REALLY think these things through...or I have way too much time on my hands | |

| I too love the glaces!! I get the whipped soaps and the glaces to layer. I love the simplicity of them since I have 4 boys, two of which are small and only leave me about 10 miinutes to myself The glaces allow me to spritz all over my body and run! The scent lasts quite along time on me too. In fact, I work days and a girl who works the evening shift loved the smell of Manor on me (after 8 hours of RN work) so much that I gave her my sample size and just got her another sample for her in my recent order | |
