Lemon Ginger Creams DRINK - Based on the Perfume

A few nights ago, G made a wonderful red curry noodle dish with bean thread noodles. To cool the palette, we enjoyed a creamy Lemon Ginger Creams drink inspired by our Lemon Ginger Creams perfume. It is delicious. We use Coconut Secret coconut "sugar" crystals in lieu of refined sugar. They are low glycemic and taste similar to a cross between turbinado sugar and brown sugar. Turbinado would be a good analog if you'd prefer to use real sugar. We use and recommend organic coconut milk, lemons, ginger and vanilla beans. This drink is especially delicious after a spicy meal! Enjoy.
