We cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas. We will begin shipping orders received on 12/15 the next day but our turnaround time will be up to two weeks. The seasonal releases generate a large volume of orders and we process them as quickly as possible.

Please note that if you place multiple orders on the night of the release, they will be automatically combined. You will receive ONE free sample for combined orders. Shipping overcharge refunds take me a few weeks to get through but I do process them.
You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address and double checking it is still correct prior to finalizing orders. We ship to the address we are provided and once it leaves our studio, we cannot redirect it. Be wary of autofill! Once you come back from PayPal, if you pay that way, make sure all of your info is still correct before hitting the check out button for the final time.
Please keep an eye on your tracking information. USPS is overwhelmed with parcels at this time of year. They may take longer to arrive than usual or even get stuck with no movement. If your order just shows "in transit" for an unusually long time, please contact us and we will try to assist. Keep an eye on tracking until it has been delivered to you and successfully received. Contact us immediately if you have an issue.
If you purchase one or more 60 ml Eau de Parfums, please note that these ship via a slow USPS ground service with spotty tracking. During non-holiday times, these parcels can take up to 8 days to be delivered. With the holiday volume, they may take longer. There is often no origin scan for this class of mail and tracking may update many days after you receive the tracking number. We do not print shipping labels and sit on parcels. If you receive tracking, your order is shipping that day or the next day, Sundays excluded.
