| One of my favorite Solstice Scents products is their Dead Sea Salt Oatmeal Coconut Milk Baths. I was never much of a bath person until I found Lush last year, but their baths are mostly nice smelling, colorful bubbly baths that don't really do too much but look nice.
After I found Solstice Scents, I decided to try their bath salts and what a difference!! Finally a bath that has purpose!
My first was Black Tea and Bergamot and to this day remains one of my favorites. Angela makes a bath that is relaxing, moisturizing yet very invigorating. After a SS bath, I feel renewed... I think it must be a combination of the ingredients she uses. In the descriptions she talks about how it's many types of baths in one and it is!
Any others out there love them as much as I do?

| I've only tried one type of bath salts so far - Blood Bathory. Like Rob posted, the salts make for a relaxing and moisturizing bath. I almost exclusively go witih bath bombs, so I can't really compare BB with other salts. But the water color alone is reason enough to buy this again. It's all kinds of awesome. I have a pic, but I'm not allow me to post it for 7 days :/ Edit - I can post a pic now Is this a beautiful bath or what... [img] [/img]

| Warlock Bath Salts are my absolute favorite. I have super sensitive skin and the salts work really well for me. If only Warlock would work as a perfume oil but alas, it won't. *heavy sigh* | |

If she ever brings it back I'll be waiting in line! Part of the allure of SS's business is to keep watching for old favorites to return!

I had Enchanted Forest perfume oil for months and kept hoping and hoping the soap and salts would come back. I went NUTs the day they did and had one of the most wonderful bath experiences in those salts the day they arrived. I've NEVER had such a sensory memory in the tub before or since!

I hope I'm posting this response to Rob in the right place. But I totally get you about missing unforgettable fragrances. Truly, absence makes the heart (or body) grow fonder.

| You know why I didn't have Warlock this year? I had a reaction to the anise! I got like a hot and bothered (and not in a good way...all over the body, not just "the lady bits") kind of feeling when I used them the last time and was so worried others might have the same thing happen! I even tried sweet fennel EO this year in the hopes that I could go that route but I had the same reaction. Sigh. I do have a special fragrance oil and I'm going to try it one more time and if it works, I'll make them. It *really* sucks. I think the Warlock salts pic is one of my all time favorites too I know you guys can have a reaction at anytime to any product - mine or otherwise - but if I have something happen directly to me, it's a no-go for everyone else. G never had any trouble nor did any of the other people who got the salts but I'm still paranoid. I even improved the salt recipe so they weren't so damn sticky! Anise and my tapioca starch do NOT get along. Something about that EO makes a sticky mess out of my salt mixture. | |

But....there might be something with anise available in the mini-fall release I have coming up. (Not sure if you'll like the other notes but the anise is definitely detectable)

This one is going to be just a few foodie scents so not sure if you'll find much but you might like the anise one.

| Jay and I were away for a few days and didn't have a chance to have any baths... just showers. (yuk! and to think before my SS addiction started, I RARELY took baths at all! LOL). After our 12 hour drive our muscles were quite sore from sitting and driving. We both agreed we needed long, hot, Solstice Scents baths! I pulled out a jar of Foxcroft for him and Wail of the Banshee for me. We each used (LOL) almost a whole jar in our baths. We each took hour long baths and both fell asleep! It was amazingly wonderful! I just can't have enough stock of the bath soaks... they really are a miracle for muscle relaxation, rejuvenation and comfort!! It was a good restful sleep after that! | |

| Finally, got my first ever bath salts. Cranberry spruce, awesome smelling stuff. I can't wait for my bath tonight. I read somewhere, probably Lush, someone saying they smelled fruity like a fruit punch. I am not smelling that at all. | |

I think they smell like drinking cranberry juice in the woods, hehehe.

| Hi all!
I was going thru my SS Bath Salts stash last night and I was surprised that I had some that I didn't remember! I wanted to start to try and list the difference scents salts have been offered in before. Here's what I have so far:
Quiet Night Black Tea & Bergamot Enchanted Forest Foxcroft Wail of the Banshee Crumbling Crypt Cedar & Siberian Fir Wren Blood Bathory Gulf Breeze Ghost Savannah Spiced Cranberry & Spruce
Anyone know of others?

I bought a partial jar of Spiced Cranberry Spruce salts on swappers and they smelled fruit punchy and not woodsy at all, which is a shame because coniferous cranberry juice sounds fantastic! The jar I got actually belonged to a member who posted on Lush about them smelling fruit punchy, so I can back up her assessment of that particular jar, at least. It did turn me off from buying any when they were rereleased, but if others find the spruce to come out, I may give the scent another shot. In the same purchase, I got Enchanted Forest salts and those were *fantastic*!
