News for March 7th (Update - Restock on 3/13 details inside)

We are completely sold out of Snowshoe Pass perfume samples and of course the full size perfume. I have disabled this option from the free sample at checkout along with Rice Pudding & Rum Soaked Raisins, Russian Caravan and Sugarvale. I'm only leaving up scents in the free section for things we still have available.

The winter collection perfume sample packs have all been disabled. I have also removed the text regarding being able to purchase winter samples or vday samples from the regular perfume sample packs. I left all the other winter scents aside from Snowshoe Pass in the free sample at checkout options. They will be available while supplies last. Please remember we are no longer making any of the winter collection items. I only have a very limited amount of the remaining winter collection items left (currently on sale). If you really want to purchase samples of any of the winter scents, you may do so using any of our regular sample 1,3, 5 or 10 pack listings. HOWEVER, there is no guarantee you'll be able to get a full size of any of these. There is also a very limited inventory of all of the winter samples so if you choose one for free that is sold out, we will have to substitute another scent in its place.

I have removed the Vday sample 4 pack since we cannot make anymore German Chocolate Cake perfume. I left up the "choose your own scent" listing and removed German Chocolate Cake from the options both there and at the free sample at checkout.

I hope all of this makes sense! Also, on Nightgown - I will make another batch and it is probably going to go GC since it has been so crazy popular. Same thing for Black Forest. I don't have an ETA on Nightgown yet so hang tight and I'll let you know. I will be making more Black Forest asap though.

Update: Finished my course and took a break to make some restocks since the shop inventory is just pitiful. Made a bunch of perfumes, ganache and whipped soaps but was unable to make glaces since something happened to my bottle order! I may make some salts tomorrow before I start my taxes. I will focus on taxes for a few days and may do another small restock to pad the inventory in the shop before starting spring production or I may not. We're going to have some neat perfumes for spring! Very excited. Release will be sometime next month. Not exactly sure when. Restock of the things I made in the past few days will happen very soon. I will post here and on FB and may even send out a newsletter since there is a decent amount of things I made.

Getting ready to start the enfleurage of wisteria petals to see how they do. It rained here today so was unable to gather any of the flowers to begin. Gardenias are going to start blooming very soon so will be trying to make a larger batch this year and if all goes well, will have something for you guys! One of three batches from last year came out amazing but the other 2 weren't as good so we're hoping that things will be better this year. Know that if there is anything promising to come of it, it will be available. I picked out the bottles for it and everything.

Oh no...can't...resist...."pretty please". Seriously though - I have a few other premium blends I am looking at that I'm going to have to do first since they are for spring. Just turned my sticker design in for the smaller premium perfume bottles today. I have to allocate the funds I have for some massive spring supplies/sticker order/promo materials order before I can tackle this one. I was actually thinking about it today - no joke! I was trying to determine if it should be a roll on or a spray in a base of perfumer's alcohol since it is more soluble in that medium. The vanilla doesn't infuse all that well in the rice bran so we'll see. I haven't ordered THOSE bottles yet but I do have them picked out. I am going to order a sample when I order the premium perfume bottles to see how it will look. That will be a whole other sticker too. So the short answer to your question is not yet. There is still a lot to do before I can get there but it is a goal!

I'm aware that toners are out of stock as are several of the glaces and apologize for the inconvenience. The home fragrance oils have not been restocked because I have had trouble getting a hold of one of the fragrance oils used in several of the blends for months.

I start on taxes tomorrow and will be focused on that for a few days. Then it is on to some serious spring production: formulating, ordering massive supplies, etc. At some point in the next few weeks I will try to restock a few glaces and the toners as well. I have also ordered supplies for more Nightgown. That scent has been exceptionally popular and due to this, it and Black Forest are going for a trial run in the general catalog. I will restock Nightgown as soon as possible. I may even make it into a glace and/or ganache in the future.

I'm extremely excited for spring! I've got some great things in the works. We will have several returns from last year but also a few new items (primarily perfume blends as the components for a few of them either won't work in other formats or are simply way to expensive to be offered in other formats). A few of the perfumes will be among our premium line with precious ingredients.

Yay! Burnishing Glace in Nightgown would be AMAZING! Who am I kidding....ANYTHING else in Nightgown would be amazing. Thanks so much for the restock!

Also, I have said this before, but I really wouldn't mind a glace in Black Forest, even if it would be more expensive. Just saying...

Is there any chance of getting the Cafe Mallowmel back in stock in the Ganaches?

I hear you guys on the Black Forest. I am open to this...I've got to calculate the cost on my end and next time I make the concentrate for the perfume, I may be able to do this. But I don't need to make it real soon so it won't be super fast...plus I am in full spring mode right now.

AngloAngel, I hear you. Your request has been duly noted! Believe it or not, it has been one of our lower sellers so I retired it for a bit but it will come back in ganache and glace in the future. Whenever I get enough requests for something (like the Scrying Smoke glace I just restocked), I move it toward the top of the list for restocks. I've got to make sure I can sell things because I don't want anything sitting on the shelf! I like all the goodies fresh and moving.
