SOLSTICE UPDATES FOR 1/11: We have shipped all orders from our year-end sale that started on 12/29 through to today. We are now back to same or next day turnaround time, excluding weekends.
We appreciate your patience with shipping our winter release and year-end sale orders. We asked for up to 14 days turnaround time (from when you placed your order) and we're pleased to say we got all orders out well before the 14 day mark. Going forward, we will continue to ask for 14 days to fulfill orders, though we hope to continue having your order shipped in approximately 7 to 10 days, with many going out much faster than that.
Please keep an eye on your tracking and remember that 60 ml EDPs ship via Parcel Select Ground. This class of mail is much slower and does not come with the most reliable tracking. It does not typically scan at the origin (when we tender it to our local post office) but it will scan at some point along the way. It may not update for several days; just keep an eye on it.
About restocks: We cannot say when certain perfumes will be restocked at this time. We are assessing our inventory over the next week or so and will begin restocking things as soon as possible. We are sold out of a lot of inventory right now. When we restock any perfumes, we will announce those restocks on Instagram and Facebook and add those items to the Recently Added page on our website.
We are continuing production of our February release (formerly called Valentine's Collection). Perfumes that have been historically offered for our V-Day release/February release will be returning with that collection, along with select restocks. We will announce this collection via website newsletter and social media.
SHIPPING OVERCHARGE REFUNDS: I am working on shipping overcharge refunds for the next few weeks. If you had multiple orders that were combined during or after our year-end sale, you can expect your overcharge refund within the next few weeks. Please remember that combined orders will receive one of your chosen free samples.
